I do not condone my work being used in any hateful ways.✨ PAYMENTS/REFUNDS ✨
I require full payment upfront, I will not start on your commission until it is fully paid.
No refunds if work is already finished.
Partial refunds permitted if work is only a WIP.✨ REVISIONS ✨
I allow up to 3 free revisions. I may charge fees for any additional.✨ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY ✨
Unless a strict deadline is given to me upon ordering, I have freedom to work at my own pace. I do my best to finish orders in a timely fashion, and if anything should extend wait times I will let the client know.
My general turnaround time is from 2 weeks to 1 month.✨ USE ✨
Anything bought from me is free to use for streaming and personal use. If used commercially, I will charge extra fees.✨ COMMUNICATION ✨
Please be clear and concise when telling me what you want to order. I want to do my best to provide you with exactly what you want.
I make sure to send updates on the commission progress at least once every two weeks.
